2026 Valentine’s Day Delivery Drivers
We are seeking 2 reliable local Independent Contractors to coordinate and deliver Valentine’s Day flower arrangements to recipients throughout the Brunswick and Southern Midcoast region, including: Brunswick, Topsham, Bowdoinham, Harpswell, Bath, Phippsburg, Georgetown, Durham, Freeport, Pownal, Cumberland, and Yarmouth.
Duties
Review daily delivery lists using a shared Google Sheets document.
Call and text recipients in advance to coordinate delivery times (flowers cannot be left).
Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone and during deliveries.
Plan and optimize delivery routes based on recipient availability.
Complete 1–2 pickup trips per day from our Brunswick studio.
Transport floral arrangements carefully, keeping flowers covered and protected from cold temperatures in a warm vehicle.
Record delivery completion times accurately.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proof of active business liability insurance (COI) and appropriate vehicle insurance for delivery work.
Access to a hatchback-style vehicle with rear seats that fold flat.
Smartphone with GPS/navigation and ability to use Google Sheets.
Dependable, organized, and communicative.
Detail-oriented and careful when handling fragile floral arrangements.
Comfortable driving in snow and winter weather conditions.
Prior experience with delivery, logistics, or route planning preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.
